Orders: Product listings are not a binding offer. By completing checkout you place a binding order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or ship the goods.

Prices and payment: All prices are in US dollars. The price shown at the time of your order applies. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Shipping: See our Shipping policy. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you and refund any payment.

Returns: See our Refund policy (30-day guarantee).

Warranty: Statutory warranty rights apply. Please report damage or defects as soon as possible.

Liability: To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law: Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence remain unaffected.
